- In the monthly membership contribution, there is a sum of K1,500 per month which is Mandatory.
Benefits
- Principal member to receive K1 Million
- Spouse to receive K800,000
- Maximum of four biological children below 21 years of age to receive K600,000 each.
- Biological Parents 85 years and below to receive K500,000 each
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Death Certificate/ Death Notification.
- Letter of Confirmation fro the employer (Immediate supervisor i.e. Headteacher or Officer Incharge, Human Resource Manager or letter from Group Village Headman) which should include employment number.
- National ID of both deceased and beneficiary
- Bank details of claimant
- CIC Proposal form
- CIC claimant form which claimant should sign and indicate cause of loss.
NOTE: Claims to be processed are only those who filled the CIC Funeral cover form
